Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of greasetrapquotes.com and the related quote-request service ("Service") operated by M.S. Project Zeus CY Limited (HE 430641, Cyprus) ("we", "us"). By submitting a quote request you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We connect venues seeking grease trap cleaning with up to three licensed contractors who serve the requested postcode. The contractor quotes, performs and invoices the work. We are not the contractor and do not perform the work ourselves. We are a referral platform.

2. Free for venues

Submitting a quote request and receiving contractor quotes is free for the venue. Contractors pay us a per-accepted-lead fee from a prepaid wallet. We earn nothing unless a contractor accepts your lead.

3. Quotes and contracts

Quotes are provided by individual contractors, not by us. The contract for the cleaning work is between you and the contractor you select. Contractor pricing, scope, warranties, and service standards are theirs to set. Any complaint about the work itself should be raised with the contractor first; we will assist with escalation where reasonable.

4. Your obligations

• Provide accurate venue, contact, and trap details
• Be reachable on the contact details you provide
• Not submit requests on behalf of premises you don't control
• Not use the Service for unlawful purposes

5. Our obligations

• Only refer you to contractors who have provided a current EPA licence and public liability insurance certificate
• Cap referrals at three contractors per request
• Not sell or share your data outside the matched-contractor purpose
• Maintain reasonable uptime and security (no guarantee of 100%)

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Cyprus law and the Australian Consumer Law (where it applies), our total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us (which, for venues, is zero), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of revenue, lost profits, or business interruption arising from contractor work.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under non-excludable laws — in Australia, the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law; in the EU, your statutory rights under EU consumer law.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or contractors.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Courts of Cyprus have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in Australia or the EU, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under applicable consumer-protection law.
